Leadership & Team

Surf Ghana is a women-led organization powered by a multidisciplinary team working across Accra, Busua and communities across Ghana.
‍Our team brings together expertise in program development, sport, creative education, operations, finance, partnerships and community engagement.
Many of our coaches, artists and program leads have grown alongside Surf Ghana and now help shape and lead the programs they once participated in.
As the organization has grown, we have strengthened our management structure, accountability and internal processes while keeping community participation at the heart of how we work.
We continue to invest in our team, governance and operational capacity to build programs that are safe, consistent and sustainable over the long term.
